	WILL YOU GO OUT WITHOUT KNOWING?

"He went out, not knowing whither he went." Hebrews 11:8 Have you been "out" in this way? If so, there is no logical statement possible when anyone asks you what you are doing. One of the difficulties in Christian work is this question - "What do you expect to do?" You do not know what you are going to do; the only thing you know is that God knows what He is doing. Continually revise your attitude towards God and see if it is a going out of everything, trusting in God entirely. It is this attitude that keeps you in perpetual wonder - you do not know what God is going to do next. Each morning you wake it is to be a "going out," building in confidence on God. "Take no thought for your life, . . . nor yet for your body" - take no thought for the things for which you did take thought before you "went out." Have you been asking God what He is going to do? He will never tell you. God does not tell you what He is going to do; He reveals to you Who He is. Do you believe in a miracle-working God, and will you go out in surrender to Him until you are not surprised an atom at anything He does? Suppose God is the God you know Him to be when you are nearest to Him - what an impertinence worry is! Let the attitude of the life be a continual "going out" in dependence upon God, and your life will have an ineffable charm about it which is a satisfaction to Jesus. You have to learn to go out of convictions, out of creeds, out of experiences, until so far as your faith is concerned, there is nothing between yourself and God. And that's what i shall do this 2008 - to not worry and to have complete trust and dependence on HIM - for i do not know where He will take me this coming year... All i know for sure is....that I have LOVE.... Love 2008...nice...i cant wait for conference in SAN DIEGO!!!

...and finished Philly in xtreme Cold weather... and time wasnt important... haha =P

Now off to Maui to meet the Fam Bam....

but deng... i have this pain in my chest....like a dagger in the heart....

"His purpose is for this minute, not for something in the future."

AFTER OBEDIENCE - WHAT?

We are apt to imagine that if Jesus Christ constrains us, and we obey Him, He will lead us to great success. We must never put our dreams of success as God's purpose for us; His purpose may be exactly the opposite. We have an idea that God is leading us to a particular end, a desired goal; He is not. The question of getting to a particular end is a mere incident. What we call the process, God calls the end.

What is my dream of God's purpose? His purpose is that I depend on Him and on His power now. If I can stay in the middle of the turmoil calm and unperplexed, that is the end of the purpose of God. God is not working towards a particular finish; His end is the process - that I see Him walking on the waves, no shore in sight, no success, no goal, just the absolute certainty that it is all right because I see Him walking on the sea. It is the process, not the end, which is glorifying to God.

God's training is for now, not presently. His purpose is for this minute, not for something in the future. We have nothing to do with the afterwards of obedience; we get wrong when we think of the afterwards. What men call training and preparation, God calls the end.

God's end is to enable me to see that He can walk on the chaos of my life just now. If we have a further end in view, we do not pay sufficient attention to the immediate present: if we realize that obedience is the end, then each moment as it comes is precious.

just about a year and a few hours ago...i drove myself and my clothes in my lil car to San Diego... not too far of a move but sure was...a pretty big decision.... leaving a good job, rent-free living, great friends, etc etc etc...

but o man o man...i do love SD....
- love my job now
- love my NO traffic, 8 mile commute
- love my TMSD family(ies)
- love how everything and everyone is so close together
- love how Rubio's is on every corner
- love my awesome boyfriend
- love my coworkers
- have i mentioned my awesome boyfriend ???

but anywhooo...God does have a perfect plan for all of us....and im glad He included a move to SD part of mine... i know i learned and improved a lot from the experiences i've gone through here... but just like a year ago... the future is still a mystery... but God has blessed me with the present....and I will ENJOY it!

...there's something different about this Lenten season....im quite Xcited actually what the following weeks will hold...

hopeful...yes....
curious...very...
scared...not really..

all that i do know that it will be something good... for His plans are always....GOOD...

i didnt really give up anything for lent (since i kind of failed in the whole no desserts/chocolate thing... but i adjusted it so that ill only be able to eat some unless offered....so hint hint... ;p)

but i am giving more of ...doing more...of alot of things....

And it is sooo very true how when U give....U get it back tenfold (actually even more...)

I took one advice from a wise bird to PRAY MORE...and if any of U are still wondering what you can do this Lenten Season...may i suggest that same advice....PRAY MORE....

...And everything will be "G-double-O-D gooooood!!"
